Viglacera held ground-breaking ceremony of power station plan 110kV project and wastewater treatment plant project in Dong Van IV Industrial Park

Continuing some new spring events, on the morning of the February 22^nd 2018, Viglacera Corporation - JSC celebrated the tree-planting launching ceremony Spring 2018, the ground-breaking ceremony of wastewater treatment plant project and power station 110KV project plant in Dong Van IV Industrial Park – Ha Nam province. The project is expected to continue to attract more investors in the fields of electronics and hi-tech industry.

Overview of the ceremony

Attending the ceremony were Mr. Vu Dai Thang - Alternate member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, Vice Chairman of Ha Nam People's Committee; Mr. Tran Xuan Duong - Head of Ha Nam Industrial Zones Authority and other heads of the departments and localities of Ha Nam province; Mr. Thieu Kim Quynh - Chairman of the BOM, General Director of the Northern Power Corporation; Mr. Luyen Cong Minh - Chairman of the BOM; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - General Director of the Corporation, together with former leaders of the Corporation, Deputy General Directors, heads of departments/ divisions and directors of member units.

Dong Van IV Industrial Park (IP) - Viglacera consists of two phases of investment with a total area of ​​600 hectares. Dong Van IV is also a trusted partner of many big brands like Samsung, LG, Rinnai, Hyundai, Kia, GE, Ford, Toshiba .

Perspective of Dong Van IV IP 

Dong Van IV IP - Viglacera is located right on Highway 38, easy to connect with Highway 1 to Hanoi and Ha Noi - Hai Phong expressway to Hai Phong port. It takes only 40 minutes from Dong Van IV to Hanoi, 1 hour 15 minutes to Noi Bai International airport, and 1 hour 30 minutes to Hai Phong port. It is very convenient for businesses to and export goods by air and sea, attract high quality human resources from the capital. In addition, this IP has the strength of an bundant labor force with nearly 500 thousand workers in the province and more than 4 million workers can be attracted from neighboring provinces. In order to attract laborers, Viglacera will build houses for workers and specialists right next to industrial parks to ensure stable housing demand for employees, specialists and workers working in industrial parks.

On the first days of Spring 2018, Northern Power Corporation and Viglacera Corporation jointly organized Ground-breaking ceremony of power station plan 110/35/22kV Dong VanIV4 project. This power station will ensure stable and reliable electricity supply for Kim Bang district area in accordance with the electricity development plan of Ha Nam province in 2016-2025 period with a view to 2035 approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. This will contribute to the implementation of the socio-economic development program of Ha Nam in the period of 2016-2025.

The project will ensure stable and reliable electricity supply for Dong Van IV IP – Viglacera, reduce the supply voltage of the medium voltage network 35-322kV, improve the quality of electricity, reduce losses on the line and improve business efficiency of selling electricity. The stabilization of the power grid helps the enterprises in this area have peace of mind and plans to improve production efficiency, increase operation  hours to promote regional economic development and social security. 

Ritual of Ground-breaking ceremony of power station plan 110/35/22kV 

The power station will also facilitate for local authorities to call on enterprises to invest in production in the area, meet the requirements of economic – technical and the power demand of Dong Van IV IP recently and in the future and also help the loading of Dong Van 110kV station.

The ground-breaking ceremony of wastewater treatment plant phase 1 with the capacity of 2,000 m3/day/night 

Along with ensuring the stable power supply, Viglacera always attaches great importance to environmental protection when organizing the construction of the wastewater treatment plant phase I at Dong Van IV IP, Kim Bang, Ha Nam. The plant is located in the land plot HT-01 in Dong Van IV IP with a total investment of 24 billion VND and the capacity of the first phase is 2,000 m3/day/night. Mechanical and chemical technology combined with biological treatment used in the plant is designed to allow water after treatment to meet QCVN standards: 14-2008/ BTNMT (column A, Kq = 1, Kf = 0.9) before discharging into the receiving source. Construction schedule is expected to be 120 days (expected to be completed in June 2018). 

On the same day, Viglacera Corporation -  JSC inaugurated the Operating Center of Dong Van IV IP. The operator is spacious and has enough departments to introduce and support the customers, investors in the IP.

With strong capacity, experience and financial strength, Viglacera will soon complete the project of Dong Van IV IP in accordance with the progress of registration with Ha Nam province and at the same time ensure the best infrastructure for the businesses investing in IPs. Viglacera continues to mark its strength after equitization with a total of 10 IPs, continuing to hold the position of leading industrial park investor in the North.
