(Vietnamnet) – Smart toilets, antibacterial tiles 'made-in-VN'
Smart toilets and antibacterial tiles of Viglacera have made breakthroughs, promoting Vietnamese building materials in the global trend of high quality, environmentally friendly, consumer health protection products.
Access to "luxurious" sanitary ware segment
Viglacera Smart Toilet is being considered luxurious sanitary equipment, elegant, intelligent, friendly, and is offerring maximum comfort to users.
This product marks a breakthrough of Viglacera when investing in "premium" segment of sanitaryware manufacturing. This product also affirms strong competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises with major brands in the world.
V91 – Viglacera Smart Toilet: Modern technology for comfortable living
Automation is the first feature to specify the intelligence of the product: Toilets automatically close / open the lid when sensor is activated. Sensor system integrated into the lid helps identify users and start automatic flushing system; Automatic flushing: Half flush if used under 25 seconds, full flush if used over 25 seconds; use of functions via a remote control panel with automatic lights at night.
Along with this device, users can use the toilet in the winter as it has a lid & water warming function but is still energy saving due to turn-on mode enabled only when using.
The equipment is named “smart” also because Viglacera initiatively applies advanced technology in its products for consumer health protection and environmental friendliness. Vortex discharge technology combined with Jet siphone helps rinse any dirt in any corner of the closet by powerful suction. Toilet is designed with closed body, closed rim, very convenient for daily cleaning. Nozzle disinfected with UV for 1 minute after each use helps kill 99.9% of bacteria. This antibacterial nozzle also has 3 functions: pre-wash, post-wash, and after-massage wash.
In addition, for users’ comfort and secure, smart toilets integrate with Phytoncide natural antiseptic technology to disinfect, deodorize and prevent the growth of mold. This function works as soon as users start and/or stop using toilets. Smart toilets also prevent sewage backflow and smell.
Products for the health of users
Mastering the Nano TiO2 advanced material technology, successfully applied on new product type in Vietnam, Viglacera antibacterial tiles create a new milestone in the improvement of product type featuring health protection and environmental friendly.
With this technology, Viglacera antibacterial tiles have environmental self-cleaning ability through photocatalytic reaction, can completely eliminate moss on the surface of the product; degrade sustainable toxic substances like dioxins, pesticides, benzene, etc., and kill 99.9% of pathogenic viruses, bacteria like E.coli, S.typhi, etc.
Viglacera antibacterial tiles protect health of users
With strong experience in tile manufacturing, Viglacera antibacterial tiles not only have more new prominent features, but also possess high hardness, corrosion resistance, uniformity in size and colors, easy-cleaning, and modern, diverse designs.
Viglacera smart toilets and antibacterial tiles particularly suite for projects like hospitals, schools, military sections/camps, research institutes, resorts, villas and public buildings such as airports, railway stations, etc., especially when the world is struggling to cope with diseases.
In upcoming time, Viglacera smart toilets and antibacterial tiles will be introduced to the market, supplied to the entire Viglacera distribution system nationwide, and exported to main markets over 40 countries and territories.
Nanotechnology is a key technology in the world. Many key issues such as energy safety, food security, ecological environment, health, etc. will be resolved much more easier based on the development of nanotechnology. TiO2 is a semiconductor material with high transparency, refractive index, and has been applied in many industries for a while. However, the most important application of TiO2 at nanoscale is ability to antibacteria, environmental self-clean through photocatalytic reaction. This technology is widely used in different industries, and specialy offers high efficiency in manufacturing construction materials in developing countries. Viglacera has applied the Nano TiO2 technology on Sanitary ware products and Tiles. HCMC Pasteur Institute certified products’ antibacterial ability to kill over 99% of harmful bacteria. |
