(VOV) – Viglacera aims to list on stock exchange in 2015

VOV.VN – This information was announced at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting (AGM) in April 20 by the Viglacera Corporation.

Viglacera aims to list on the stock exchange in 2015, also increase the minimum of 6% to all major business targets, increase charter capital, and reduce the rate of state own capital. This information was announced at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting (AGM) in April 20 by the Viglacera Corporation.

Whereby, Viglacera focus to invest on two major business are building materials and real estate, in which real estate inludes exploiting the infrastructure and service in 977 hectare of industrial zone (IZ), developing the urban area in segment of social housing and luxury apartment. 

Viglacera also approved the plan to increase charter capital from 2.645 billion to 3.070 billion in accordance with private placement plan, reducing the rate of state ownership from 91.48% to 75% after after got the approval from Ministry of Construction, and trading or listing registration on stock exchange before quarter 4^th of year 2015.

Reporting the results of the last 6 months targets of 2014 are all achieved and exceeded from 17% to 88% compared to the first AGM’s approved plan on July 02, 2014. In which: Profit has reached 270,602 million VND increased 74%; sales and infrastructure investment increased by 17% compared to the AGM’s target; The return on equity (ROE) reached 5.5%; return on sales (ROS) reached 7.7%; earning per share (EPS) reached 799 vnd, guaranteed dividend last 6 months of 2014 reached 2.5% according to the commitments.
