Party Cell of Viglacera Infrastructure and Urban Development Investment Company Holds Ceremony to Admit a New Party Member

In the enthusiastic emulation atmosphere celebrating achievements in anticipation of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam—a political event of special significance for the entire Party, people, and armed forces—the Party Committee of Viglacera Corporation – JSC, together with the Party Cell of Viglacera Infrastructure and Urban Development Investment Company, solemnly held a ceremony to admit a new Party member for the outstanding individual Mr. Dinh Quoc Toan.

Attending the ceremony, on behalf of the Party Committee of Viglacera Corporation – JSC, was Comrade Nguyen Quy Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee. Representing the Party Cell of Viglacera Infrastructure and Urban Development Investment Company were Comrade Nguyen Thanh Binh, Party Cell Secretary and Company Director, along with all Party members and outstanding individuals currently working at the unit.

Under the authorization of the Standing Committee of the Corporation’s Party Committee, the representative of the Organization Committee announced the Decision on admitting Mr. Dinh Quoc Toan into the Communist Party of Vietnam. On behalf of the Party Committee of Viglacera Corporation – JSC, Comrade Nguyen Quy Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, presented the Decision, acknowledging Mr. Dinh Quoc Toan’s continuous efforts, dedication, and perseverance over time. Before the National Flag and the sacred Party Flag, and in front of the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh, Mr. Dinh Quoc Toan solemnly read the oath, pledging absolute loyalty to the Party’s revolutionary ideals and objectives.

In his directive remarks at the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Quy Tuan continued to acknowledge and praise the Party Cell’s efforts in Party member development, especially in the context that the Party Cell had recently undergone consolidation and organizational restructuring in line with the Corporation Party Committee’s policy of streamlining the organizational apparatus.

He emphasized that, in the coming period, the Party Cell should continue to promote solidarity, improve the quality of Party Cell activities, focus on political and ideological education, and nurture outstanding individuals. Each Party member should uphold a strong sense of responsibility, pioneer spirit, and exemplary conduct, contributing to building a clean and strong Party Cell that meets the task requirements in Viglacera Corporation’s new development stage.

Assigning tasks at the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Thanh Binh, Party Cell Secretary and Company Director, congratulated Mr. Dinh Quoc Toan on being admitted into the ranks of the Party. He stressed that Party admission is not only a personal honor but also a significant responsibility, requiring the new Party member to continue demonstrating a pioneering and exemplary spirit, closely linking political self-cultivation with professional duties, and contributing to the construction of a united, disciplined, and effective Company collective.

He also requested that Party members within the Party Cell continue to pay attention to, support, and guide the new Party member throughout the process of training and challenges, creating favorable conditions for Mr. Dinh Quoc Toan to soon affirm his role and responsibilities within the Party organization as well as in the unit’s production and business activities.

The admission ceremony of Mr. Dinh Quoc Toan as a new Party member is not only an important milestone in his personal journey of striving and growth, but also holds practical significance in strengthening and expanding the Party membership force, enhancing the leadership capacity and combativeness of the Party organization at Viglacera Infrastructure and Urban Development Investment Company.
