Viglacera Inaugurates Vasta Stone Signature Showroom at The River Thu Thiem, Ho Chi Minh City
On September 23, Viglacera inaugurated the Vasta Stone Signature showroom at The River Thu Thiem, Ho Chi Minh City. The showroom specializes in displaying and introducing premium sintered stone under the Vasta Stone brand. At the same event, Viglacera also launched the 2025 Eurotile Tile Collection, leaving a strong impression on the architecture–interior design community and tile distribution industry.
The grand opening was attended by more than 100 partners from the Vietnam Association of Architects, Vietnam Interior Design Association, architects, lecturers from the University of Architecture, University of Civil Engineering, Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture, along with many other universities specializing in construction and architecture nationwide.
On behalf of Viglacera Corporation – JSC, there was the presence of Mr. Tran Manh Huu – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Quach Huu Thuan – Deputy General Director, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Tham – Head of Supervisory Board.
The main purpose of the event was to announce the first high-end showroom dedicated to the premium sintered stone brand Vasta Stone, where customers, architects, and project developers can directly experience large-format stone products, up to 1.6 x 3.2m in size, manufactured with Sacmi Group’s (Italy) most advanced global technology called Continua+.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Mai Xuan Duc, General Director of Viglacera Tiles Business JSC, expressed his dedication to the showroom’s creation: “This is a project into which we have poured great dedication—not only investing much time, capital, and effort into product quality but also deeply researching its highly diverse applications within the flow of modern architecture.”. Mr. Mai Xuan Duc affirmed that the Vasta Stone showroom not only materializes future interior architecture trends with “see and touch” solutions in materials, but also provides an unlimited creative space for designers, architects, and furniture companies in Vietnam.

Elevating material solutions
Speaking at the event, Architect Nguyen Truong Luu, Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Architects and Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Association of Architects, gave straightforward praise: “In architecture today, two issues arise: Beauty and Sustainability. Previously, I was only impressed that Viglacera’s tiles and stone were very beautiful. But three months ago, when I actually ‘touched’ and directly experienced Viglacera’s green material ecosystem, I truly believed I had found a product that simultaneously satisfies both requirements. Indeed, only when I physically experienced it did I realize I had officially chosen the product line for a project I am designing, which will begin construction in October 2025. I want to emphasize—the real touchpoint is extremely important for architects, even though in the digital space we can easily access many products from countless suppliers. However, once again, it must be stressed that practitioners greatly value products with high practical applicability.”

Reflecting on the philosophy of UK Design & Build—the unit that designed the Vasta Stone Signature Showroom—one can clearly see the focus on multi-sensory experiences: from Displaying – Application Perspectives to the Professional Exchange Area. Experts attending the event agreed that this showroom is positioned as a “hub”—a creative space connecting architects, designers, and contractors, becoming a rendezvous point for exchanging ideas and sustainable material solutions.
Architect Nguyen Giang Quyen – Director of UK Design & Build, in his speech at the event, said: “UK Design & Build has devoted much time and effort to studying the premium product line produced with the new Continua+ technology, as well as researching customer psychology and interior architecture trends. From there, we confidently proceeded with a showroom featuring three exhibition spaces. Specifically: The first floor is ‘The Origin of Nature,’ opening up truly luxurious spaces; the second floor showcases transformative & creative applications to meet end-user needs such as living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms; the third floor is designed with the goal of connecting architects with manufacturers. The purpose is to help architects clearly understand Vasta Stone’s production technology advantages. A deeper understanding of the material will prevent arbitrary usage, avoid unnecessary errors, and deliver the highest efficiency for investors.”

“Real touchpoints” – The key factor for the architecture & interior design industry
By inaugurating a high-end showroom in Ho Chi Minh City, home to Vietnam’s leading modern architectural works, Viglacera affirms its continuous innovation and multi-channel approach to bringing civilized living space solutions to Vietnamese people. On that basis, the Vasta Stone Signature showroom goes beyond being just a product display venue—it also inspires material solutions and creates collaboration opportunities for industry experts.

Alongside the showroom inauguration of the premium sintered stone brand Vasta Stone, the Eurotile 2025 Collection was also introduced. Highlighted are diverse surface effects with large-size designs of 1200x2400mm. This allows architects and designers the freedom to create spaces with distinctive identities. From Micro Matt with an ultra-fine matte layer, offering a light and delicate touch; Polished with an ultra-flat polished surface and tiny crystal particles creating clarity and hardness while reflecting light, enhancing luxury and modernity; Incise with engraved surfaces following design motifs, creating visual depth; to Third Firing, a multi-layer firing technique producing vivid colors and patterns like a work of art. Inspired by nature, culture, and contemporary life, the collection evokes many stories—from tranquility (Cat An), the rhythm of the sea (Hai Luu), seasonal transitions (Vu Khuc), to traditional inspirations (Chay ve Mien Yen, Duoi Tan La).

While touring the showroom, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Arch. Vu Hong Cuong – Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Architects, said: “I am very glad to see another brand perfecting advanced interior architecture. I directly mention Eurotile’s wood-effect product line as follows: In terms of technology, you have done very well in meeting our expectations. For example, with wood-grain tiles, I observed the ‘wood fibers’ very carefully—seeing a tile but no longer thinking it is a tile. Even better, modern technology allows the creation of ‘wood’ products with features like anti-corrosion, anti-mold, water resistance—traits very suitable for countering Vietnam’s hot, humid climate. This development direction is very correct, and Viglacera should expand new product ranges this way.”
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Arch. Vu Hong Cuong likened modern production technology to helping Viglacera “grow new wings like an eagle.” More than 60 design models displayed at the showroom bring fresh, distinctive “dishes” rich in Vietnamese style, creating conditions for “chefs” to craft more multidimensional works, promoting further development of Vietnam’s interior and exterior architecture industry.
Leading position & Affirming Viglacera’s vision
To best prepare for the inauguration of the Vasta Stone Signature Showroom, from late May 2025, Viglacera and leading interior architecture experts published Trend 26+. This handbook was a systematic effort to shape Vietnam’s interior and architectural style for the coming period. The publication also categorized trends into three main groups: Sustainability and Greening, Personalization and Humanization, Technology Integration. This was once again materialized through “real touchpoints” directly at the Vasta Stone Signature Showroom, with product lines enabling experts to directly see and understand the products, as well as feel their application through each individual’s creative lens.
Earlier, at the end of 2022, Viglacera had put into operation the Sacmi Continua+ (Italy) production line for sintered stone using the world’s most advanced technology. In 2023, it successfully produced large-format sintered stone slabs (1.6 x 3.2m) under the premium Vasta Stone brand, immediately setting the record for the largest sintered stone slab in Vietnam. In 2024, it successfully produced through-body veined sintered stone with quality and aesthetics far exceeding the traditional concept of premium tiles, as the body whiteness reached 75%. This made the material’s translucency optimal, with beautiful body veining capable of transmitting light through the product, allowing architects unlimited creativity when combining with complementary forms such as shaping and lighting.

Mr. Quach Huu Thuan – Deputy General Director of Viglacera Corporation – JSC summed up the process and outcome of this event concisely: “All of Viglacera’s efforts aim toward the ultimate goal of helping designers deeply understand the product, find the smartest ways to leverage it, thereby serving project investors in the best possible way.”
