VIGSA LAUNCHES, IGNITING SPRING WITH THE SPIRIT OF “RESONANCE - RISING UP”
The Launching event of Viglacera Sanitary Ware Company Limited (VIGSA) officially took place on 26/02/2026. The establishment of VIGSA on the basis of consolidating the previously existing sanitary ware and faucet manufacturing and trading units of the Corporation marks a new chapter in the strategy to elevate brand position and build sustainable value for Viglacera. Conducting the important ceremony with the core message “Resonance - Rising up”, VIGSA affirms strong connection on a solid foundation and the aspiration to break through thanks to technological depth together with valued partners and customers.


Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Tien – Chairman of the Members’ Council of VIGSA emphasized that the birth of the company is an inevitable step to streamline the apparatus and enhance operational efficiency in the context of fierce competition. In response to the question: “Why restructure and establish Viglacera Sanitary Ware Company Limited (VIGSA)?”, Mr. Tien answered concisely: “The core objective of VIGSA is to concentrate resources and unify governance to create overall breakthrough strength”. Mr. Tien pointed out that the soul of this renewal lies in 6 core pillars, among which investment in developing foundational segments, specifically deepening production automation and digital transformation, is considered one of the foremost strategic levers. All revolve around three factors: Complying with development rules; ensuring sustainable growth; enterprises need to adapt to the current situation and competitive pressure of the market.

Responding to the expectations of distributors who have long been associated with the Viglacera sanitary ware sector for the new unit, Mr. Tien clearly analyzed the Company’s strategic objectives. In parallel are action steps regarding investment and development work for core foundational segments such as design research - production automation - brand - digital transformation - market development - corporate culture.

In the coming time, there will be many changes in capacity - quality - rearrangement of production locations towards creating momentum for deep specialization to take place at VIGSA. When the time to complete new designs is shortened from 6 months to 30 days, when capacity increases thanks to accelerating automation, the shortage situation will be fundamentally remedied.
