VIGLACERA HONORED AMONG THE TOP 10 DEVELOPERS IN VIETNAM AT HUBEXO ASIA AWARDS 2026
On June 5, 2026, at the Hubexo Asia Awards 2026 Ceremony – one of the most prestigious awards in Asia’s architecture and construction industry, Viglacera was honored among the “Top 10 Developers in Vietnam”, recognizing its remarkable growth in the industrial park and housing sectors.
Hubexo Asia Awards (formerly known as the BCI Asia Awards) is one of the most prestigious annual awards in Asia’s architecture and construction industry. Entering its 21st year, the award continues its mission of honoring the most outstanding architecture firms, developers and contractors operating in Vietnam through three Top 10 award categories, recognizing their remarkable contributions, new benchmarks and inspirational achievements. For the “Top 10 Developers 2026” award, the core evaluation criterion is measured directly through project implementation capability, based on the number of projects developed during the past year.
The award is a well-deserved recognition of Viglacera’s proven capability in delivering superior infrastructure solutions. In industrial parks, with more than USD 20 billion in successfully attracted high-quality investment capital, Viglacera’s industrial parks have become strategic manufacturing bases in the global supply chains of leading technology and semiconductor corporations such as Samsung, Foxconn, Amkor, BYD and Canon.
Most recently, in April 2026, POSCO Future M decided to invest USD 400 million in a battery materials manufacturing plant at Song Cong II Industrial Park – Thai Nguyen, further affirming the attractiveness of the Viglacera industrial park ecosystem to international investors.
In the housing sector, in 2025, Viglacera completed 8,000 social housing and worker housing units, with notable projects including Yen Phong Social Housing, Phu Ha Worker Housing, Dong Mai Worker Housing, Dong Van Social Housing and Kim Chung Social Housing. Particularly in Hanoi, upon completion, the Kim Chung Social Housing and Tien Duong 1 Social Housing projects are expected to provide more than 4,700 apartments, making a practical contribution to the national social housing target. Viglacera is also preparing land reserves for an additional 10,000 apartments, bringing its total number of urban area and housing projects nationwide to 19–20 projects.

Speaking at the award ceremony, Ms. Sally Kheng – Director of Strategic Partnerships and Events, Asia Region at Hubexo – emphasized that in 2026, construction and real estate enterprises across the region continue to face numerous pressures arising from economic uncertainty, rising costs and fluctuating market demand. In this context, the organizations recognized at the Hubexo Asia Awards Gala not only maintained stability but also continued to lead innovation, making this year’s awards more meaningful than ever.
