Công đoàn TCT Viglacera tổ chức Hội nghị triển khai nhiệm vụ năm 2014.

Ngày 22/04/2013, tại trụ sở Tổng công ty số 1 - Đại lộ Thăng Long - Hà Nội, Công đoàn TCT Viglacera đã tổ chức Hội nghị triển khai nhiệm vụ năm 2014. Về dự hội nghị có đồng chí Nguyễn Quý Tuấn - Ủy viên Ban thường vụ Công đoàn Xây dựng Việt Nam - Chủ tịch công đoàn Tổng công ty Viglacera cùng các đại biểu là Ủy viên BCH, Ủy viên Ủy ban kiểm tra Công đoàn TCT và 36 đồng chí Chủ tịch công đoàn cơ sở.

Tại Hội nghị các đại biểu đã nghe Tổng kết hoạt động công đoàn năm 2013 và phương hướng nhiệm vụ năm 2014 của Công đoàn Tổng công ty với các nội dung liên quan đến các hoạt động phối hợp với chuyên môn chỉ đạo thực hiện một số nhiệm vụ trọng tâm hướng tới chương trình kỷ niệm 40 năm ngày thành lập Tổng công ty; Báo cáo công tác tài chính công đoàn; Triển khai Hội thi An toàn vệ sinh viên giỏi toàn quốc ngành Xây dựng năm 2014 và các công bố quyết định khen thưởng công tác công đoàn năm 2013.


Đ/c Nguyễn Quý Tuấn - Ủy viên Ban thường vụ CĐ Xây dựng Việt Nam - Chủ tịch CĐ TCT Viglacera phát biểu tại Hội nghị.

Theo đó, kế hoạch chi tiết thực hiện các nhiệm vụ cụ thể 6 tháng đầu năm 2014 của Công đoàn TCT Viglacera bao gồm: Kiểm tra tình hình chi trả lương, thưởng, các chế độ NLĐ và hoạt động CĐCS trong dịp Tết Giáp Ngọ tại các đơn vị; Triển khai các công việc liên quan đến công tác cổ phần hóa Tổng công ty; Chỉ đạo Đại hội CĐCĐ các đơn vị hết nhiệm kỳ còn lại theo kế hoạch; Chỉ đạo các CĐCS phối hợp với chuyên môn tổ chức Hội nghị người lao động tại các đơn vị (Theo Nghị định 60/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 16/9/2013); Tổ chức phát động thi đua SXKD chào mừng 40 ngày thành lập Tổng công ty; Triển khai kế hoạch Hội thi An toàn vệ sinh viên giỏi toàn quốc ngành Xây dựng năm 2014 do Công đoàn Xây dựng Việt nam phát động; Tổ chức tập huấn, bồi dưỡng nghiệp vụ cán bộ công đoàn; Triển khai các hoạt động phong trào (văn nghệ, thể thao....) chào mừng 40 năm ngày Thành lập Tổng công ty; Dự kiến tổ chức Hội thi tay nghề công nhân giỏi nhân Tháng công nhân và chào mừng 40 ngày thành lập Tổng công ty; Kiểm tra giám sát việc thực hiện Luật lao động và Nghị định 60/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 16/9/2013 về việc thực hiện quy chế dân chủ; Phối hợp với chuyên môn chuẩn bị các nội dung kỷ niệm 40 năm thành lập Tổng công ty.

Cũng tại hội nghị đồng chí Nguyễn Quý Tuấn - Ủy viên Ban thường vụ CĐ Xây dựng Việt Nam - Chủ tịch CĐ TCT Viglacera đã công bố và trao khen thưởng của Tổng Liên đoàn lao động Việt Nam và Công đoàn Xây dựng Việt Nam cho các tập thể và cá nhân.
