Công ty Cổ phần Cơ khí và Xây dựng Viglacera tiến hành tổ chức Hội nghị đại biểu người lao động năm 2017

Chiều ngày 22 tháng 3 năm 2017, Công ty Cổ phần Cơ khí và Xây dựng Viglacera tiến hành tổ chức Hội nghị đại biểu người lao động năm 2017. Tới dự với Hội nghị, lãnh đạo Tổng công ty Viglacera-CTCP Ông Nguyễn Quý Tuấn, Ủy viên Hội đồng quản trị, Chủ tịch Công đoàn Tổng công ty, cùng toàn thể lãnh đạo và cán bộ CNV Công ty Cổ phần Cơ khí và xây dựng Viglacera.

Nội dung chính của Hội nghị đại biểu người lao động Công ty năm 2017: Báo cáo kết quả thực hiện nhiệm vụ SXKD năm 2016 và kế hoạch năm 2017; Báo cáo về tình hình thực hiện nội dung thỏa ước lao động tập thể năm 2016; ký cam kết nội dung phối hợp công tác năm 2017 giữa Giám đốc Công ty và Ban chấp hành Công đoàn Công ty và phát động phong trào thi đua hoàn thành kế hoạch SXKD năm 2017.

Phát biểu và chỉ đạo tại Hội nghị, Ông Nguyễn Quý Tuấn - Ủy viên HĐQT, Chủ tịch Công đoàn Tổng công ty đề nghị Công ty Cổ phần Cơ khí và Xây dựng Viglacera phát huy những kết quả đạt được năm 2016 ; Đoàn kết, đưa ra các giải pháp cụ thể để tháo gỡ khó khăn nhằm hoàn thành tốt những nhiệm vụ trọng tâm năm 2017; Đồng thời yêu cầu Công ty bảo đảm các chế độ quyền lợi cho người lao động, thực hiện tốt  nội dung cam kết phối hợp công tác năm 2017 giữa Công ty và Công đoàn Công ty đã ký.

Thay mặt cán bộ, CNV Công ty Cổ phần Cơ khí và Xây dựng Viglacera Ông Đặng Nam Huân - Giám đốc Công ty đã cảm ơn và tiếp thu những ý kiến chỉ đạo của lãnh đạo Tổng công ty Viglacera, đồng thời cam kết khắc phục những vấn đề còn tồn tại và quyết tâm phấn đấu hoàn thành kế hoạch năm 2017 đã được Tổng công ty Viglacera-CTCP giao.
