Công ty Cổ phần tư vấn Viglacera tổ chức Hội nghị người lao động năm 2014.

Ngày 21/01/2014, tại trụ sở Tòa nhà Viglacera, số 01 Đại lộ Thăng Long - Hà Nội, Công ty Cổ phần tư vấn Viglacera tổ chức Hội nghị người lao động năm 2014.

Về dự Đại hội có đồng chí đồng chí Nguyễn Quý Tuấn - Chủ tịch Công đoàn Tổng công ty Viglacera, đồng chí Trần Ngọc Anh - Phó Tổng Giám đốc TCT Viglacera, đồng chí Nguyễn Thế Chinh – Giám đốc Công ty Cổ phần tư vấn Viglacera cùng cùng 43 đoàn viên công đoàn ưu tú.



Hội nghị đã nghe các báo cáo của Đoàn Chủ tịch trình bày và đã tiếp thu các ý kiến đóng góp của các đại biểu và Quyết nghị với các nội dung: Thông qua báo cáo của Ban Tổng giám đốc về kết quả hoạt động Kinh doanh năm 2013 và phương hướng nhiệm vụ năm 2014; Thống nhất nội dung báo cáo công tác thanh tra giám sát năm 2013 của Ban thanh tra nhân dân trình bày; Thống nhất các mục tiêu và nội dung thi đua của Công ty năm 2014.

Năm 2013, BCH Công đoàn Công ty Cổ phần tư vấn Viglacera đã làm tốt nhiện vụ tham mưu cũng như chủ động phối hợp tham gia cùng chuyên môn thực hiện và ban hành các quy định, quy chế, chế độ chính sách liên quan đến trách nhiệm, quyền lợi của người lao động trong Công ty. Bên cạnh đó, Công ty đã thực hiện tốt thỏa ước lao động tập thể, điều kiện làm việc luôn được cải thiện, đời sống người lao động được nâng cao. Ngoài nội dung thảo luận và góp ý kiến tại Hội nghị cũng như những vấn đến liên quan đến việc chăm lo đời sống cho người lao động, Hội nghị đã tiếp thu ý kiến chỉ đạo của đồng chí Nguyễn Quý Tuấn - Chủ tịch Công đoàn Tổng công ty Viglacera.

Cùng ngày, nghị quyết Hội nghị người lao động Công ty cổ phần Tư vấn Viglacera được thông qua với tỷ lệ nhất trí 100%. Hội nghị Người lao động năm 2014 của Công ty cổ phần Tư vấn Viglacera đã thành công tốt đẹp, với các tiêu chí đề ra cho năm 2014 toàn thể Lãnh đạo và CBCNV quyết tâm thực hiện thắng lợi những nhiệm vụ đã được TCT giao.
