Công ty Cổ phần Viglacera Thanh Trì Đại hội cổ đông thường niên 2014

Ngày 25/3/2014, tại Hà Nội, Công ty Cổ phần Viglacera Thanh Trì đã tổ chức Đại hội cổ đông thường niên 2014.


Ông Nguyễn Minh Tuấn – Phó TGĐ TCT Viglacera kiêm Chủ tịch HĐQT Công ty Cổ phần Viglacera Thanh Trì cùng đoàn chủ tịch điều hành Đại hội.

Đại hội thông qua kết quả hoạt động kinh doanh năm 2013 đã được kiểm toán bởi Công ty TNHH ASC và kế hoạch kinh doanh năm 2014; báo cáo của Ban kiểm soát năm 2013; báo cáo của Hội đồng quản trị năm 2013 và các giải pháp chỉ đạo thực hiện KHSXKD năm 2014 đã được thông qua.

Năm 2013,trước những khó khăn và thách thức của nền kinh tế và thị trường, HĐQT công ty đã có những nhìn nhận, đánh giá đúng nguyên nhân thực tế và đưa ra những chỉ đạo kịp thời phù hợp với mục tiêu và kế hoạch SXKD cho Công ty.Cùng với nỗ lực của Ban Giám đốc điều hành và tập thể CBCNV, Công ty Cổ phần sứ Viglacera Thanh Trì cơ bản đã hoàn thành các mục tiêu chính đề ra với các chỉ tiêu chính đáng nói như sau: Lợi nhuận trước thuế đạt 5,701 tỷ đồng bằng 133% kế hoạch; Doanh thu: Đạt 169,732 tỷ đồng bằng 101% so với kế hoạch, trong đó: Doanh thu phần sứ đạt 127,801 tỷ đồng bằng 100% so với kế hoạch; Giá trị hiện hành: Đạt 173,369 tỷ đồng bằng 104% so với kế hoạch; Khấu hao TSCĐ trích: 7,740 tỷ đồng bằng 100% kế hoạch; Thu nhập bình quân người lao động đạt 6,234 triệu đồng/người/tháng bằng 112% kế hoạch.

Năm 2014 HĐQT Công ty Cổ phần Viglacera Thanh Trì xác định rõ nhiệm vụ trọng tâm là năm “Chất lượng”, phấn đấu chất lượng sản phẩm đạt bằng được TOP đầu trong nước về sản xuất sứ vệ sinh. Theo đó, ban điều hành sẽ phải quyết liệt thực hiện một số chỉ tiêu kế hoạch đề ra trong năm 2014 với lợi nhuận trước thuế từ hoạt động SXKD: 7,502 tỷ đồng, Khấu hao cơ bản: 7,509 tỷ đồng; Thu nhập người lao động làm việc: 6,461 triệu đồng/người/tháng…

Đại hội đồng cổ đông thường niên 2013 Công ty Cổ phần Viglacera Thanh Trì đã thành công tốt đẹp, thống nhất các giải pháp chủ yếu để thực hiện KH SXKD năm 2014 mà Ban giám đốc điều hành trình bày trước Đại hội và giao cho Ban điều hành triển khai đồng bộ các giải pháp, hoàn thành các chỉ tiêu đã được thông qua.
