Công ty Cổ phần Viglacera Tiên Sơn tổ chức Hội nghị người lao động năm 2021

Hội nghị người lao động Công ty Cổ phần Viglacera Tiên Sơn, được tiến hành ngày 07 tháng 4 năm 2021. Dự hội nghị có 78 đại biểu trên tổng số 78 đại biểu được triệu tập.

Hội nghị đã nghe và thảo luận Báo cáo tổng kết hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh năm 2020 và các giải pháp thực hiện kế hoạch sản xuất kinh doanh năm 2021 của Công ty, Báo cáo việc thực hiện thỏa ước lao động tập thể và chế độ chính sách liên quan đối với người lao động năm 2020 của BCH Công đoàn Công ty.

Thảo luận và biểu quyết phương hướng nhiệm vụ năm 2021 của Công ty với các chỉ tiêu và biện pháp chủ yếu như sau:

  • Lợi nhuận trước thuế :             60,3 tỷ đồng
  • Giá trị Sản xuất kinh doanh :   682 tỷ đồng
  • Sản lượng sản xuất :                159.000 m2
  • Doanh thu :                              640 tỷ đồng.
  • Khấu hao cơ bản :                   152 tỷ đồng
  • Lao động bình quân :              895 người.
  • Thu nhập bình quần:              13,2 trđ/ng/tháng.
  • Năng suất lao động :              830 tr.đồng/ ng/năm.

Ông Nguyễn Duy Trúc - Ủy viên HĐQT, PGĐ Công ty, GĐ NM Thái Bình đọc Báo cáo kết quả SXKD năm 2020, kế hoạch và các giải pháp thực hiện các mục tiêu SXKD năm 2021.

Ông Trương Ngọc Minh - Chủ tịch CĐ Công ty, PGĐ Công ty đọc Báo cáo của  BCH Công đoàn Công ty về việc thực hiện Thoả ước lao động tập thể và các vấn đề liên quan chế độ chính sách đối với người lao động.

Bà Nguyễn Thị Thúy đọc Báo cáo hoạt động của Ban Thanh tra Nhân dân.

Hội nghị kêu gọi toàn thể cán bộ công nhân lao động, dưới sự chỉ đạo của Ban giám đốc và sự phối kết hợp của BCH Công đoàn công ty, đoàn kết thống nhất cùng quyết tâm phấn đấu thực hiện thắng lợi Nghị quyết của Hội nghị.
