Công ty Cổ phần Viglacera Việt Trì Đại hội cổ đông thường niên 2014

Căn cứ quyết định số 1777/QĐ-BXD ngày 31/12/2003 của Bộ xây dựng về việc chuyển đổi DNNN Công ty sứ Việt trì thành Công ty cổ phần; Căn cứ điều lệ tổ chức và hoạt động của Công ty CP Việt trì Viglacera được Đại hội đồng cổ đông thông qua ngày 14/01/2004, ngày 20/3/2014, tại Việt Trì, Công ty Cổ phần Viglacera Việt Trì đã tổ chức Đại hội cổ đông thường niên 2014.


Ông Nguyễn Minh Tuấn – Phó TGĐ TCT Viglacera kiêm Chủ tịch HĐQT Công ty Cổ phần Viglacera Việt Trì cùng đoàn chủ tịch điều hành Đại hội.

Đại hội đã thông qua kết quả hoạt động kinh doanh năm 2013 đã được kiểm toán bởi Công ty TNHH ASC và kế hoạch kinh doanh năm 2014; báo cáo của Ban kiểm soát năm 2013; báo cáo của Hội đồng quản trị năm 2013 và các giải pháp chỉ đạo thực hiện KHSXKD năm 2014 đã được thông qua.

Theo đó, Đại hội đã đã thông qua Kế hoạch sản xuất kinh doanh năm 2014 với một số chỉ tiêu chính như sau:

Đại hội đồng cổ đông thường niên 2013 Công ty Cổ phần Viglacera Việt Trì đã thành công tốt đẹp, đề ra các chỉ tiêu Kế hoạch SXKD năm 2014 và các giải pháp thực hiện quyết liệt, cụ thể, rõ ràng. Đây cũng là cơ sở để Ban điều hành Công ty triển khai thực hiện hoàn thành các kế hoạch trong năm 2014.
