Công ty CP Tư vấn Viglacera tổ chức hội nghị người lao động 2013

Ngày 28/02/2013, tại trụ sở tòa nhà số 1 Thăng Long - Hà Nội, Công ty CP Tư vấn Viglacera đã tổ chức hội nghị người lao động năm 2013. Tham dự Hội nghị có ông Trần Ngọc Anh - Phó Tổng giám đốc TCT Viglacera; ông Nguyễn Thế Chinh – Giám đốc Công ty Tư vấn Viglacera và đông đảo đại biểu đại diện cho CBCNV Công ty.

Tại Hội nghị, các nội dung như báo cáo tổng kết hoạt động SXKD năm 2012 và phương hướng hoạt động SXKD năm 2013; báo cáo hoạt động công đoàn năm 2012 và phương hướng hoạt động công đoàn năm 2013; báo cáo của Ban thanh tra nhân dân; các tham luận như: công tác thiết kế đầu tư, công tác xây lắp, công tác thí nghiệm, công tác kế hoạch và tài chính; thảo luận, biểu quyết nội dung, ký thỏa ước lao động tập thể; ký Quy chế làm việc của Ban thanh tra nhân dân đã được thảo luận công khai và biểu quyết thông qua.

Theo đó, kế hoạch năm 2013, tập thể người lao động Công ty CP Tư vấn Viglacera phấn đấu hoàn thành toàn diện các chỉ tiêu kế hoạch được Công ty giao. Cụ thể, xây dựng kế hoạch SXKD, tập trung đẩy mạnh các hoạt động tư vấn là lĩnh vực mũi nhọn của công ty đảm bảo chuyên nghiệp nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm và khả năng cạnh tranh. Năm 2013, Công ty CP Tư vấn Viglacera sẽ đẩy mạnh hoạt động tư vấn và thí nghiệm, nâng kế hoạch giá trị sản lượng, công tác xây lắp duy trì đảm bảo đủ việc làm, đời sống và thu nhập cho người lao động.

Nghị quyết Hội nghị người lao động Công ty CP Tư vấn Viglacera năm 2013 được thông qua cùng ngày và nhất trí với tỉ lệ 100%.
