Công ty Kính nổi Viglacera tổ chức Đại hội công nhân viên chức năm 2013

Ngày 05/04/2013, Công ty Kính nổi Viglacera đã tổ chức Đại hội công nhân viên chức năm 2013. Đại hội vinh dự được đón tiếp đồng chí Luyện Công Minh – Chủ tịch HĐTV TCT Viglacera,  đồng chí Nguyễn Anh Tuấn - Tổng giám đốc TCT, các Phó tổng giám đốc TCT, các UV HĐ thành viên TCT cùng lãnh đạo chủ chốt Công ty Kính nổi Viglacera tới tham dự.

Đại hội đã tiến hành theo các nội dung chương trình đã được thông qua. Thay mặt đoàn Chủ tịch, đồng chí Hạ Bá Phong - Giám đốc Công ty Kính nổi Viglacera đã trình bày báo cáo kết quả hoạt động SXKD năm 2012 và phương hướng nhiệm vụ, kế hoạch SXKD năm 2013 với cam kết phát huy sức mạnh tổng hợp và nỗ lực, đoàn kết, quyết tâm của toàn thể CBCNV hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ TCT giao trong năm nay.

Đại hội cũng đã nghe báo cáo công tác Công đoàn và tình hình thực hiện quy chế dân chủ cơ sở; báo cáo đánh giá tình hình hoạt động của ban thanh tra nhân dân năm 2012; tập trung thảo luận các biện pháp thực hiện nhiệm vụ kế hoạch năm 2013; đề xuất, kiến nghị cải thiện điều kiện làm việc tại đơn vị; tham gia, đề xuất sửa đổi, bổ sung dự thảo Thỏa ước Lao động tập thể.

Tại Đại hội, đã tiến hành bầu trực tiếp Ban thanh tra nhân dân với 05 đồng chí trúng cử nhiệm kỳ mới với cam kết phấn đấu, nỗ lực trong mọi hoạt động công đoàn, góp phần cùng Công ty thực hiện thắng lợi những mục tiêu nhiệm vụ năm 2013.

Đại hội công nhân viên chức năm 2013 của Công ty Kính nổi Viglacera đã thành công tốt đẹp và hứa hẹn năm 2013 BCH Công đoàn sẽ thực hiện tốt nhiện vụ tham mưu cũng như chủ động phối hợp tham gia cùng chuyên môn trong việc thỏa ước lao động tập thể, tạo điều kiện làm việc, cải thiện đời sống CBCNV, phát huy hơn nữa các kết quả đã đạt được trong năm 2012 .
