Công ty Sứ Viglacera Bình Dương tổ chức Hội nghị người lao động năm 2014

Ngày 28/2/2014 tại Bình Dương, Hội nghị Người lao động Công ty sứ Viglacera Bình Dương năm 2014 đã được tổ chức. Dự Hội nghị có đồng chí Nguyễn Minh Tuấn Phó tổng giám đốc TCT, đồng chí Nguyễn Quý Tuấn – Chủ tịch Công đoàn TCT Viglacera cùng 40 đại biểu chính thức, đại diện cho gần 300 cán bộ CNV Công ty sứ Viglacera Bình Dương.

Tại Hội nghị, đồng chí Châu Quốc Tuấn - Giám đốc Công ty sứ Viglacera Bình Dương đã trình bày báo cáo tổng kết đánh giá thực hiện kế hoạch năm 2013 và mục tiêu, biện pháp thực hiện nhiệm vụ kế hoạch năm 2014. Hội nghị cũng được nghe các tham luận của các đại biểu đại diện cho các đơn vị và đại diện người lao động.

Sau khi nghiên cứu, thảo luận và đặc biệt được tiếp thu các ý kiến chỉ đạo của các đồng chí lãnh đạo Tổng công ty, Hội nghị thống nhất quyết nghị các nội dung: Các biện pháp chủ yếu thực hiện nhiệm vụ kế hoạch năm 2014; Thực hiện sửa đổi hoàn thiện TU LĐTT, Nội Quy lao động ký ban hành trong tháng 3 năm 2014; Phát động các hoạt động phong trào hưởng ứng 40 năm ngày thành lập công ty; Tiếp tục đào tạo cán bộ và công nhân đảm bảo đủ nguồn lực, chủ động thực hiện kế hoạch sản xuất 2014…Giám đốc Công ty và BCH công đoàn Công ty có trách nhiệm xây dựng thành chương trình hành động cụ thể đối với từng nội dung công việc nhằm triển khai đạt hiệu quả cao trong thực tiễn.

Nghị quyết Hội nghị người lao động Công ty sứ Viglacera Bình Dương được thông qua với tỷ lệ nhất trí 100%. Hội nghị Người lao động năm 2014 của Công ty sứ Viglacera Bình Dương đã thành công tốt đẹp cùng ý chí, quyết tâm thực hiện thắng lợi những nhiệm vụ được TCT giao của toàn thể Lãnh đạo và CBCNV.
