Viglacera and other building material enterprises introduced many impressive products in the exhibition space of the Construction Industry’s 80-year achievements “Shaping – Connecting – Rising” at the National Achievements Exhibition.

Bộ trưởng - Thứ trưởng
Minister of Construction Trần Hồng Minh and Deputy Minister Nguyễn Việt Hùng visited the building materials area at the Ministry of Construction’s exhibition space at the exhibition “National Achievements: 80 Years of the Journey of Independence – Freedom – Happiness.”

Mr. Lê Văn Kế, Deputy Director of the Department of Science, Technology, Environment and Building Materials (Ministry of Construction) commented: “The exhibition of the Ministry of Construction has sketched a comprehensive picture of the 80-year journey of Vietnam’s building materials industry, from the early days of heavy dependence on imports, to now mastering production and exporting many key products...”

The picture of new building materials technology was illustrated in the shape of a stylized heart, conveying the idea that Technology is the heart of the factory, for the environment and for people. The image was conceptualized and designed by Viglacera.

Today, enterprises are striving and persistently dedicating themselves to the development of new materials, green materials, energy-saving, environmentally friendly and sustainable development, gradually conquering international markets and laying the foundation for a modern, sustainable, and self-reliant industry. “The highlight of the exhibition is the models and new products following the green production and energy-saving trend, clearly showing the sustainable development commitments of State-owned, private, and foreign-invested enterprises,” said Mr. Lê Văn Kế.

At the exhibition, Vietnam Cement Corporation (Vicem) introduced a technological diagram model of a typical cement plant. These are plants that integrate circular economy solutions, save resources, protect the environment, and produce green cement and low-carbon cement products. Vicostone, Xuân Mai Concrete, Minh Long Wood… brought products with the motto of promoting faster and cleaner production.

And standing out most is Viglacera – worthy of the title of Vietnam’s leading building materials manufacturer – as it brought to the Exhibition modern materials with a high proportion of “green” elements. Viglacera’s message is: “Green in production – Green for the environment – Green for users.” Behind that are energy-saving and operating cost-saving indicators that truly prove effective after investment.
