Đại hội đại biểu Công đoàn Công ty cổ phần Bao bì và Má phanh Viglacera lần thứ 22 - Nhiệm kỳ ( 2013- 2016)

Ngày 12 tháng 10 năm 2013 Đại hội đại biểu Công đoàn Công ty cổ phần Bao bì và Má phanh Viglacera lần thứ 22 nhiệm kỳ ( 2013 - 2016 ) đã được tổ chức. Đồng chí Nguyễn Quý Tuấn - Chủ tịch Công đoàn Tổng công ty Viglacera và đồng chí Kiều Bách - Bí thư Đảng uỷ, Chủ tịch HĐQT, Giám đốc Công ty cùng 46 đại biểu chính thức đã về dự tại Đại hội.

Đại hội đã nghe báo cáo của BCH Công đoàn Công ty trước Đại hội về kết quả hoạt động, công tác công đoàn khoá 21 của Công đoàn Công ty và phương hướng nhiệm vụ công tác công đoàn khoá 22 nhiệm kỳ ( 2013 - 2016), nghe các ý kiến tham luận của Đại biểu tại Đại hội. Bên cạnh đó các nội dung khác cũng đã được đề cập trong Đại hội như Công đoàn công ty sẽ tích cực tham gia và vận động CNVC thực hiện thắng lợi nhiệm vụ SXKD của Công ty trong các năm tới, trước mắt là năm 2013; Tiếp tục đẩy mạnh công tác phong trào thi đua đặc biệt là phong trào tăng năng suất và nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm, mở rộng thị trường nhằm tăng việc làm, tạo điều kiện ổn định và tăng thu nhập cho người lao động; Thực hiện tốt chức năng bảo vệ quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp chính đáng của CNLĐ; Quyết tâm xây dựng và giữ vững danh hiệu Công đoàn vững mạnh.

Song song với các hoạt động, Đại hội kêu gọi toàn thể đoàn viên, công nhân lao động, đoàn kết nhất trí phát huy những thành tích đã đạt được ra sức phấn đấu thực hiện thắng lợi nhiệm vụ của Hội đồng quản trị, Ban giám đốc, Ban chấp hành công đoàn Công ty đề ra để góp phần hoàn thành mục tiêu sản xuất kinh doanh của Công ty, xây dựng tổ chức Công đoàn vững mạnh, ổn định và phát triển.

Kêt thúc Đại hội Công đoàn Công ty cổ phần Bao bì và Má phanh Viglacera đã bầu được BCH Công đoàn nhiệm kỳ (2013 -2016 ) gồm 05 đồng chí:
