Đại hội Đại biểu Công đoàn Công ty cổ phần Viglacera Hữu Hưng

Trong không khí phấn khởi thi đua lập thành tích chào mừng kỷ niệm 71 năm Cách mạng tháng Tám và Quốc khánh 2/9; thực hiện Kế hoạch của Công đoàn Tổng công ty Viglacera – CTCP, ngày 23/8/2016, tại Công ty cổ phần Viglacera Hữu Hưng đã diễn ra Đại hội Công đoàn Công ty cổ phần Viglacera Hữu Hưng Khóa XIII nhiệm kỳ (2016 – 2021).

 Về dự và chỉ đạo Đại hội có đồng chí Nguyễn Quý Tuấn – Ủy viên Ban Thường vụ Công đoàn Xây dựng Việt Nam, Chủ tịch Công đoàn Tổng Công ty Viglacera – CTCP đồng chí Nguyễn Huy Thuật, Bí thư Đảng ủy, Giám đốc Công ty cổ phần Viglacera Hữu Hưng và 67 đại biểu đoàn viên ưu tú về dự Đại hội.

Trong nhiệm kỳ qua mặc dù gặp nhiều khó khăn thách thức nhưng BCH Công đoàn Công ty đã xác định rõ mục tiêu, đổi mới phương thức hoạt động, với hơn 200 đoàn viên đã cùng nhau phấn đấu đạt được kết quả nhất định, góp phần hoàn thành kết quả SXKD của công ty và đặc biệt các chế độ của người lao động được chi trả đúng thời hạn, không có tình trạng nợ lương và nợ BHXH; tư tưởng của người lao động ổn định, phấn khởi, tích cực lao động sản xuất, tuyệt đối tin tưởng vào sự lãnh đạo của Đảng ủy, Ban giám đốc Công ty và Công đoàn Công ty.

Với khẩu hiệu hành động: Công đoàn đổi mới, sáng tạo, bảo vệ quyền, lợi ích hợp pháp, chính đáng của đoàn viên , người lao động; vì sự phát triển ổn định bền vững của công ty. Đại hội kêu gọi toàn thể cán bộ, đoàn viên, CNLĐ toàn Công ty tăng cường đoàn kết nhất trí, phát huy những thành tích đó đạt được, khắc phục những khó khăn, phát huy tốt các nguồn lực hiện có quyết tâm phấn đấu biến nghị quyết từng bước thành hiện thực góp phần xây dựng tổ chức Công đoàn vững mạnh xây dựng Công ty ngày càng phát triển.

Đại hội đã bầu được BCH Công đoàn Công ty nhiệm kỳ VI (2016 – 2021) gồm 9 đ/c và chỉ định đồng chí Lê Thị Dung    là triệu tập viên để triệu tập Hội nghị BCH lần thứ nhất bầu ra Chủ tịch, Phó Chủ tịch, Ủy ban kiểm tra và Chủ nhiệm UBKT Công đoàn Công ty.
