Exhibition of Construction Industry Achievements Sends a Message to the Future

With the theme “The Ministry of Construction – 80 years of achievements in creation – connection – growth”, the “Development and Creation” subdivision of the Ministry at the A80 Exhibition not only recreates the development journey but also delivers a strategic message for the future.

The exhibition space “The Ministry of Construction – 80 years of achievements in creation – connection – growth” is one of the two subdivisions of the Ministry at the National Achievements Exhibition held to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of National Day (A80).

Mr. Đoàn Trịnh Tùng, Director of the National Exhibition Center for Architecture, Planning, and Construction, said that throughout the exhibition period, from August 28 to September 15, the team of professional staff of the Center was always on duty at the Ministry of Construction’s exhibition space, ready to provide information to the public.

In addition, representatives of enterprises in the industry participating in the display of products at the Ministry of Construction’s 80-year achievements space also arranged staff on site to promote the industry’s achievements to the wider public (In the photo, two representatives of the leadership of Viglacera Corporation – JSC introduce the green materials ecosystem to consumers).

Student Phương Linh from Foreign Trade University shared: “The A80 Exhibition is very interesting. The booth of the Ministry of Construction is quite attractive. The sectors managed by the Construction industry are broad, covering waterways – roads – railways, aviation, housing, urban development, and construction materials… I hope urban railway projects, high-speed rail, and cities will be developed in a modern way, associated with smart applications, so that people can benefit.”

Mr. Phạm Nguyễn Toan, Vice President of the Vietnam Real Estate Association, affirmed: “Through the exhibition space of the Construction industry, it can be seen that, alongside breakthrough achievements in the field of transportation, especially in transport infrastructure development, we can also take great pride in the development of housing and urban areas. In recent years, we have ensured very well the people’s right to access housing.”

Visiting the Ministry of Construction’s 80-year achievements exhibition space, former Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyễn Đình Toàn remarked: “The exhibition subdivision ‘Development and Creation’ not only recreates the 80-year development journey of the Construction industry but also sends a strategic message to the future through building the legal system and state management; science, technology, and innovation; digital transformation and AI application…”

Mr. Đoàn Trịnh Tùng, Director of the National Exhibition Center for Architecture, Planning, and Construction, added: “Compared to the overloaded early days, during the extended days of the A80 Exhibition, the public had more time to visit and gain deeper insights into the achievements of the Construction industry. Along with the A80 Exhibition, the Construction industry’s achievements space will remain open until the end of September 15.”

At the A80 Exhibition, the Ministry of Construction presided over the introduction and display of the industry’s achievements in two subdivisions: “Development and Creation” and “Aspiration for the Sky”.

Specifically, the “Development and Creation” subdivision, with the theme “The Ministry of Construction – 80 years of achievements in creation – connection – growth”, is organized into 6 exhibition spaces showcasing achievements in: transport and construction infrastructure; planning, architecture, urban development – housing; state management – institutional and policy improvement, digital transformation of the Construction sector; construction technology; construction materials; and an experience area for digital technology applications.

The exhibition space is designed to be open, coherent, and guiding, combining physical models with digital technology and virtual reality, bringing multi-layered experiences, allowing visitors not only to “look at” but also to feel and accompany the Construction industry in its 80-year journey of contributing to nation-building.
