Hội nghị BCH mở rộng Công đoàn Tổng Công ty Viglacera

Sáng ngày 20/4/2012, Công đoàn Tổng công ty Viglacera đã tổ chức Hội nghị Ban chấp hành CĐ TCT mở rộng. Về dự Hội nghị có các đồng chí trong Ban chấp hành Công đoàn Tổng công ty và các đồng chí Chủ tịch, Phó Chủ tịch các CĐCS trực thuộc. Đồng chí Nguyễn Quý Tuấn Chủ tịch Công đoàn Tổng công ty đã chủ trì hội nghị.

Hội nghị đã thảo luận và thông qua dự thảo báo cáo kết quả hoạt động hoạt động công đoàn quý I/2012, nhiệm vụ trọng tâm quý II/2012; thông qua kế hoạch chuẩn bị Đại hội công đoàn các cấp tiến tới Đại hội Công đoàn Xây dựng Việt Nam lần thứ XII và Đại hội Công đoàn Việt Nam lần thứ XI; thông qua Nghị quyết sửa đổi bổ sung nhiệm vụ các ủy viên Ban chấp hành Công đoàn Tổng công ty khóa VIII nhiệm kỳ 2011 – 2016; thông qua báo cáo công tác tài chính quý I năm 2012; triển khai kế hoạch tổ chức Giải bóng đá Viglacera 2012 và Hội thi Văn nghệ quần chúng Viglacera năm 2012 tới các CĐCS.

Tại Hội nghị đại diện các Công đoàn cơ sở đã báo cáo kết quả việc thực hiện chế độ chính sách và tình hình chăm lo đời sống cho NLĐ tại các đơn vị. Mặc dù, trong điều kiện khó khăn về nhiều mặt nhưng các đơn vị trong Tổng công ty đã cố gắng thực hiện đầy đủ các chế độ cho NLĐ như chi trả tiền lương và các chế độ bảo hiểm.

Ban chấp hành Công đoàn Tổng công ty kêu gọi các công đoàn cơ sở và toàn thể đoàn viên công đoàn và người lao động trong toàn Tổng công ty luôn đoàn kết, tiếp tục phát huy sức mạnh và nâng cao chất lượng các phong trào thi đua góp phần thực hiện thắng lợi các mục tiêu và nhiệm vụ của quý II và cả năm 2012 mà Tổng công ty đã đề ra.
