Chiều ngày 10/11/2018, tại trụ sở chính Tổng công ty Viglacera - CTCP, Ban chấp hành (BCH) Công đoàn Tổng công ty Viglacera - CTCP tổ chức Hội nghị quán triệt Nghị quyết Đại hội XIII Công đoàn Xây dựng Việt Nam và Nghị quyết Đại hội XII Công đoàn Việt Nam.

Đến dự có đồng chí Đỗ Văn Quảng - Phó Chủ tịch Thường trực Công đoàn Xây dựng VN, đồng chí Nguyễn Quý Tuấn - Chủ tịch Công đoàn Tổng công ty Viglacera và các đồng chí là ủy viên BCH, ủy viên Ủy ban Kiểm tra Công đoàn Tổng công ty, Chủ tịch, Phó Chủ tịch, Trưởng ban nữ công, Phụ trách kế toán các Công đoàn cơ sở trực thuộc.

Sau phát biểu khai mạc của đồng chí Nguyễn Quý Tuấn - Chủ tịch Công đoàn Tổng công ty Viglacera, các đại biểu dự Hội nghị đã nghe đồng chí Đỗ Văn Quảng – Phó Chủ tịch Thường trực Công đoàn Xây dựng VN thông tin nhanh về kết quả của Đại hội Công đoàn Việt Nam lần thứ XII và các nội dung chính, những nhiệm vụ trọng tâm của Nghị quyết XIII, Đại hội Công đoàn xây dựng Việt Nam nhiệm kỳ 2018-2023.

Trên cơ sở Nghị quyết của Đại hội XIII Công đoàn Xây dựng VN, đồng chí Đỗ Văn Quảng đề nghị Công đoàn Tổng công ty Viglacera nghiên cứu, bổ sung vào Nghị quyết và chương trình hoạt động toàn khóa của Công đoàn Tổng công ty nhiệm kỳ 2017-2022 để đồng hành cùng Công đoàn Xây dựng VN tiếp tục xây dựng tổ chức Công đoàn và phong trào công nhân viên chức phát triển bền vững, theo đúng định hướng của Đảng và Nhà nước.

Thông qua Hội nghị, đội ngũ cán bộ chủ chốt của Công đoàn Tổng công ty đã kịp thời nắm bắt được những nội dung cơ bản của Nghị quyết Đại hội XIII Công đoàn Xây dựng Việt Nam và Đại hội XII Công đoàn Việt Nam, cũng như một số thông tin mới góp phân nâng cao nhận thức, bản lĩnh chính trị và triển khai thống nhất, đáp ứng yêu cầu thực tiễn công tác tại đơn vị, xây dựng tổ chức công đoàn ngày càng vững mạnh, góp phần vào thực hiện thắng lợi nhiệm vụ SXKD của Tổng công ty năm 2018 và những năm tiếp theo.
