Hội nghị Người lao động: Công ty Xây dựng Viglacera phấn đấu chỉ tiêu thu nhập bình quân đạt trên 12,4 triệu đồng/người/tháng

Sáng ngày 21/3, Công ty Xây dựng Viglacera tổ chức Hội nghị người lao động năm 2018. Tới dự Hội nghị có đồng chí Nguyễn Quý Tuấn - Ủy viên HĐQT, Chủ tịch Công đoàn TCT; đồng chí Trần Ngọc Anh - Ủy viên HĐQT, Phó Tổng giám đốc TCT cùng toàn thể CBCNV trong Công ty.

Hội nghị đã bầu ra Ban Thanh tra nhân dân nhiệm kỳ mới 2018-2020 và thông qua các báo cáo: Đánh giá kết quả SXKD năm 2017, mục tiêu phương hướng hoạt động SXKD năm 2018; kýkết thỏa ước Lao động tập thể; ký cam kết phối hợp công việc năm 2018 giữa người sử dụng lao động và người lao động.

Năm 2018, Bên cạnh tập trung triển khai lĩnh vực thi công xây lắp, để hoàn thành nhiệm vụ đặt ra, Công ty Xây dựng Viglacera còn tập trung trong công tác quản lý, tổ chức, đào tạo và công tác đoàn thể.

Đặc biệt, hội nghị đã phát động nhiều phong trào thi đua nhằm khích lệ công nhân viên chức lao động đoàn kết và phát huy kết quả đạt được của năm 2017 dưới sự điều hành quyết liệt từ Ban Lãnh đạo Công ty để hoàn thành thắng lợi nhiệm vụ năm 2018, góp phần thực hiện kế hoạch chung của toàn Tổng công ty.
