Transparency in Access to Social Housing

On the very first day of the New Year 2026, the People’s Committee of Thai Nguyen Province officially issued Decision No. 01/QD-UBND approving the investment policy for the Investment, Construction and Infrastructure Business Project of Tay Pho Yen Industrial Park – Phase 1 (499.07 ha). The Decision also approves the project investor as Viglacera Thai Nguyen Joint Stock Company.

Hanoi, December 31, 2025 – This morning, Viglacera Corporation – JSC officially inaugurated the Viglacera Intelligent Operations Center (IOC Viglacera), a major milestone in the company’s strategy to develop Green & Smart Industrial Parks. The IOC is regarded as a strategic step forward in the management, monitoring, and sustainable development of the industrial park ecosystem invested in and operated by Viglacera.

On the morning of December 19, the Hanoi People’s Committee organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the Tien Duong 1 social housing project in Phuc Thinh Commune (formerly part of Dong Anh District). The project is being implemented by a consortium consisting of Viglacera Corporation, Hoang Thanh Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, and Central Construction Joint Stock Company as investors. The Tien Duong 1 project is the first standalone social housing area of the capital city of Hanoi; once completed, it is expected to provide 3,103 apartments for residents. The project covers an area of nearly 45 hectares, with a total investment of more than VND 9.3 trillion, of which nearly VND 617 billion is allocated for compensation and resettlement. The land fund reserved for social housing construction is more than 13 hectares, while that for commercial housing is over 3.3 hectares.

Hanoi, on the morning of December 19, 2025, at Le Phap Hamlet, Phuc Thinh Commune (former Dong Anh District), the Hanoi People’s Committee, in coordination with Vihoce Tien Duong Joint Stock Company, organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the Tien Duong 1 Social Housing Project under the brand name Tien Duong Park City — a project strongly oriented toward social welfare and expected to bring real housing opportunities to thousands of residents of the Capital.

On December 18, 2025, within the framework of the Vietnam Trusted Brands 2025 program organized by Vietnam Economic Times – VnEconomy, Viglacera sanitary ware was recognized in the Top 10 Green & Sustainable Products – Services, continuing to affirm the brand’s position in developing products associated with environmental and social responsibility.
