Viglacera tổ chức tập huấn Bước 5 cho cán bộ công đoàn; họp BCH Công đoàn mở rộng triển khai nhiệm vụ Quý II và phát động phong trào thi đua hành động tháng công nhân năm 2016

Trong 2 ngày, 14 – 15/4/2016, Công đoàn Tổng công ty Viglacera tổ chức tập huấn nghiệp vụ Bước 5 cho các cán bộ Công đoàn TCT Viglacera – CTCP theo phương pháp tích cực, năm 2016, đồng thời tổ chức họp BCH Công đoàn mở rộng để triển khai nhiệm vụ công tác Quý II/2016 và phát động chuơng trình hành động tháng công nhân tại các CĐCS trực thuộc.

Thực hiện chương trình "Nâng cao chất lượng đội ngũ cán bộ công đoàn", thực hiện Nghị quyết Đại hội XI công đoàn Việt Nam, Nghị quyết Đại hội XII Công đoàn Xây dựng Việt Nam và Chương trình công tác năm 2016 của Công đoàn Tổng công ty đã tổ chức tập huấn cho 55 cán bộ công đoàn về: Hoạt động của CĐCS trong công tác An toàn vệ sinh lao động và Công tác vận động nữ CNVCLĐ của CĐCS.


Về dự và chỉ đạo có Anh hùng lao động Nguyễn Văn Bình, Chủ tịch Công đoàn Xây dựng Việt Nam; đồng chí giảng viên kiêm chức Đào Thị Hồng Thúy, Trưởng Ban nữ công công đoàn XDVN; đồng chí Lê Hồng Phong, Phó ban chính sách pháp luật CĐXDVN và Thạc sỹ Nguyễn Hồng Sơn, giảng viên chính Trường Đại học Công đoàn đã truyền đạt những kiến thức bổ ích cho đội ngũ cán bộ công đoàn Tổng công ty.

Trong những buổi học sôi nổi, các cán bộ công đoàn đã mạnh dạn trao đổi những kinh nghiệm thực tiễn tại đơn vị để các đồng nghiệp cùng được chia sẻ, học hỏi và nâng cao kiến thức về phục vụ công tác tốt hơn.

 

Bên cạnh đó, Đồng chí Nguyễn Quý Tuấn, Chủ tịch Công đoàn tổng công ty chủ trì Hội nghị Ban Chấp hành mở rộng đã triển khai nhiệm vụ trọng tâm quý II/2016. Trong đó, đã triển khai các nội dung đã ký cam kết phối hợp thực hiện công tác năm 2016 với Tổng giám đốc Tổng công ty tới các Công đoàn cơ sở trực thuộc. Ngoài ra, đồng chí Chủ tịch đã yêu cầu các CĐCS về triển khai thực hiện ký cam kết giữa BCH CĐCS và giám đốc đơn vị để thực hiện tốt nhiệm vụ công tác năm 2016 đã đề ra.

Tại hội nghị, Công đoàn TCT đã triển khai thực hiện hành động tháng công nhân năm 2016, đề nghị các CĐCS tổ chức tốt công tác tuyên truyền, vận động CNLĐ tích cực tham gia các phong trào thi đua lao động sản xuất, tổ chức các phong trào văn hóa, thể thao để đoàn viên và NLĐ tham gia.
