Viglacera Trade Union: Flower arrangement competition to celebrate the Vietnamese Women's Day

With the exciting atmosphere to celebrate the 88th anniversary of Vietnam Women's Union (20/10/1930 - 20/10/2018), in order to facilitate exchanges and promote creativity and skillfulness of staff and employeé, especially women, Viglacera Trade Union organized a flower arrangement competition in association with the image of Vietnamese women. The competition brought together 25 teams from units trade unions belonging to the Corporation's trade union.

Attending the competition was the apperance of Mr. Pham Xuan Hai - Vice Chairman of Vietnam National Union of Building Workers (CCNA); Mrs. Dao Thi Hong Thuy - Head of Women Affairs, CCNA; Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan - Deputy General Director, Head of the Viglacera Committee for the Advancement of Women; Mr. Nguyen Quy Tuan - Chairman of Viglacera Trade Union and other members of Viglacera Women Affairs; representatives of the Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, Heads of Women Affairs from different units and a large number of employees of the whole corporation.

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quy Tuan - Chairman of Viglacera Trade Uniton highly appreciated the role of female staff in the Corporation, subsidiaries, joint stock companies who contributed to the development of the whole corporation. Many women play a key role in the companies. They not only participate actively and contribute to the common work, but also play a huge role in building their happy family.

The Flower arrangement Competition is an activity to honor the talents, the ingenuity and the knowledge and creativity of female staff in the field of culture and art - an indispensable content in the " Women Can Balance Work and Family" movement.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan - Deputy General Director, Head of the Viglacera Committee for the Advancement of Women spoke at the competition 

At the competition, on behalf of the top executives of Viglacera Corporation - JSC, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan - Deputy General Director, Head of the Viglacera Committee for the Advancement of Women also cỏngatulated female staff and employees in the subsidiaries. He also appreciated the role as well as the great contributions of female staff in the development of the Corporation.

On behalf of the CCNA Standing Committee, Mr. Pham Xuan Hai – Vice Chairman of CCNA congratulated and praised the role of the Women Affairs, female staff have contributed to the Trade union's activities and other works of the industry 

Vice Chairman of CCNA believes that in the future, the female staff in the Viglacera will promote their achievements, accomplish outstanding tasks, continue to promote good tradition and their inherent ingenuity to continuously improve the role and status of Vietnamese women. At the same time, they also need to contribute more effectively to the sustainable development of the Viglacera brand, thus contributing significantly to the development of the whole industry.

The competition is closely monitored by the jury 

The presentation from the Trade Union of Viglacera Real Estate company won the most impressive presentation. 

With the skillful hands and well prepared of 25 teams from the Corporation and the member units, after 45 minutes, they have completed their works in both layout and color. Some works are fully invested, showing the high art associated with the image and beauty of Vietnamese women.

This is not only a competition, but also a flower garden created by Viglacera women to send to their grandmothers, mothers and sisters on Vietnamese Women's Day.  

Mrs. Dao Thi Hong Thuy - Head of Women Affairs, Head of Jury assessed all the team has prepared, carefully invested from the selection of fresh flowers to the creation of ideas. In general, all teams have clearly expressed the ideas they want to communicate. However, some floral arrangements and colors are not harmonious. Throughout the competition, Viglacera women have affirmed their important roles not only in the professional field, but also in their family
