DEVELOPMENT MODEL
1974
Construction Ceramic Tile Company was established under Decision No. 336/BXD dated July 25, 1974 of the Ministry of Construction.
1979
Transformed into the Union of Brick, Tile and Ceramic Construction Enterprises according to Decision No. 308/CP of the Government dated September 7, 1979, the Union is the unit that manages production and business and unifies the organization and direction of production of construction bricks, tiles and ceramics nationwide.
1992
On December 24, 1992, according to Decision No. 761/BXD-TCLĐ of the Ministry of Construction, the Union of Construction Brick and Tile Enterprises was renamed the Union of Construction Glass and Ceramic Enterprises.
1993
On December 24, 1992, according to Decision No. 761/BXD-TCLĐ of the Ministry of Construction, the Union of Construction Brick and Tile Enterprises was renamed the Union of Construction Glass and Ceramic Enterprises.
1995
Establishment of the General Corporation of Glass and Construction Ceramics as a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Construction, operating under the model of the 90 Corporation.
2006
The Corporation converted to operate under the Parent Company - Subsidiary model according to Decision No. 576/BXD-QD dated March 29, 2006 of the Ministry of Construction.
2010
Parent company - Construction Glass and Ceramics Corporation transformed into a one-member LLC and changed its name to Viglacera Corporation
2012
Transfer of rights and obligations of State capital owner at Viglacera Corporation from parent company - Housing and Urban Development Corporation to the Ministry of Construction
2013
The Prime Minister approved the Equitization Plan and transformed Viglacera Corporation into a Joint Stock Company in Decision No. 2343/QD-TTg.
2014
From July 2014: Conducted initial public offering of shares on the Hanoi Stock Exchange. The charter capital of the Corporation is 2,645 billion VND. Organized the first General Meeting of Shareholders and officially operated under the joint stock model.
2015
Officially trading the Corporation's shares on UpCOM with trading code VGC
2016
Official listing of VGC shares on Hanoi Stock Exchange - HNX
2017
2017: Completed increasing charter capital to VND 4,483.5 billion and reducing State ownership ratio to 53.97%
2019
State capital divestment at Viglacera Corporation - JSC to 38.58%
Completed the transfer of listing of shares of Viglacera Corporation - JSC (trading code VGC) from Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) to Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE)
2020
On June 18, 2020, the Ministry of Construction issued Decision No. 814/QD-BXD on the actual value of state capital at the time of handover of Viglacera Corporation into Viglacera Corporation - JSC. On June 24, 2020, the Ministry of Construction and Viglacera Corporation - JSC signed the minutes of handover of the state-owned enterprise to the joint stock company.

Viglacera Corporation - JSC celebrates 50 years of establishment and development, affirming its position as the leading Construction Materials Manufacturer and Real Estate Investment and Business in Vietnam.
