Morning March, 26, 2015, Deputy Minister of Construction Mr. Bui Pham Khanh has worked with Viglacera Corporation - JSC about content of Annual General Meeting 2015 (AGM) and development plan of Viglacera Corporation - JSC.

On January 13, 2015, the Prime Minister issued a Decision No. 60/TTg-KTN to agree the investment policy of project "production line of energy-saving glass" by Viglacera Corporation as an investor.

2014 marked a milestone in the development of Viglacera when enterprise officially changed into joint stock company - this is the time for Viglacera confirmed the growing strength of the business, when Viglacera has successfully completed a comprehensive set of key indicators, the fields are profitable, in which the parent company fulfilled the criteria commitment to shareholders at the General Shareholders’ meeting for the first time.

On October 26, 2014, a delegation from 16 countries around the world came to Hanoi to attend the International Skill Partnership Seminar and visited VIGLACERA Corporation. After visiting Viglacera’s Hall of Fame – which presented the entire process of development and operational sectors of the Corporation, lots of delegates expressed their wishes to see Viglacera products’ presence in their own countries and were looking forward to cooperating and supporting Viglacera in training and education.

On 15/10/2014, within the framework of the Closing ceremony of the 32nd Vietnam – Cuba Intergovernmental Committee meeting, Viglacera and Cuban Building Materials Group signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on the joint venture establishment with two factories producing sanitary ware and ceramic. The two factories are both under the Cuban Ministry of Construction, located in San Jose and Santa Cruz.

In the morning of July 18th 2014, Viglacera Corporation - JSC celebrated its 40th anniversary of establishment 7/1974 -7/2014 at the National Convention Center. On this occasion, the Corporation officially inaugurated Viglacera Hall of Fame.

After official restructuring to joint stock company model, in the morning of 07/03/2014, Viglacera Corporation held a Conference to evaluate its business performance in the first 6 months and implement tasks in the business plan during the last 6 months of 2014. Business targets for the last 6 months were set much higher than the results of the first 6 months and agreed by all subsidiaries, which showed high commitment to the successful implementation of assigned tasks.

On July 2nd, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province awarded a certificate of investment with a total budget of one-billion USD for Samsung Display limited liability company. This project will be carried out in the Yen Phong Industrial Zone with a capacity of 48 million products / year, creating approximately 8,000 jobs for employees with annual revenue of about $6 billion.

On May 31st, 2014, at Nikko Saigon Hotel, BCI Asia organized a BCI Asia Top 10 Awards ceremony for top architectural firms and developers in Vietnam. Viglacera Land was honored one of the top 10, most dynamic developers. This is the 3rd consecutive year that Viglacera receives this prestigious award.

From 18th to 22nd, June, 2014, VietBuild Exhibition was taken place at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center SECC, HCMC. Here, the booth of Viglacera products created a difference with lots of new and high quality products, especially the new shower faucet set celebrating 40 years of the corporation establishment with Nano-glazed sanitary ware and water saving shower & faucet.
