From 21 to 24 of November 2016 at Big 5 – an international Fair of building materials in Dubai - United Arab Emirates, Viglacera impressed visitors with its new products of modern features, advanced technology, aesthetic design.

15 years of pioneering investment in granite tiles production lines, Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company has grown from strength to strength. Now the company owns two plants with three advanced-technology production lines, with total capacity of up to 6,5 million m2/year. In the morning of October 3rd, 2016, Viglacera Corporation JSC held a meeting to review production and business results of the 3rd quarter and the first 9 months of 2016. The meeting also set out a plan to implement main tasks of the 4th quarter of 2016 - the last quarter of the year and the most important period to achieve business targets of 2016. The meeting was attended by Chairman of Board of Directors, Director General, leaders of the Corporation, and representatives from departments of the Corporation.

On September 22, 2016, Matsuoka Corporation held an inauguration ceremony of the establishment of Phu Tho Matsuoka Co, Ltd and announced its decision to expand its investment in Phu Ha Viglacera Industrial Zone, Phu Tho province. The ceremony had the presence of Mr. Nguyen Thai Hai, Vice Chairman of Phu Tho province, leaders of departments and agencies at locality, representatives of Viglacera, close clients and partners of Matsuoka.

On July 12th, 2016, Vietnam Vega Balls company under Taiwan Yuan Chi Group was officially granted with investment certificate in Dong Mai Viglacera Industrial Park.

On June 28th 2016 morning, under the chairmanship of the Ministry of Construction, Newspaper of Construction together with Viglacera Corporation held a Workshop on "Research on development of energy-saving glass in Vietnam" attended by leaders of the Ministry of Construction, leaders of departments and institutes under the Ministry of Construction, architects, investors and clients interested in such new kind of material in Vietnam.

At the invitation of the Minister of Construction of Vietnam, Mr. Rene Antonio Mesa Villafana, Minister of Construction of Cuba visited and worked in Vietnam from June 12-19th 2016.

Within the framework of Vietbuild HCMC Exhibition 2016, Viglacera organized a scientific workshop to introduce the new technology "Viglacera energy-saving glass" with the participation of the majority of architects, contractors, investors and interested customers.

In the morning of April 26, 2016, Viglacera Corporation - JSC held the 2016 Annual General Shareholders Meeting (GSM) at the National Convention Center in Hanoi. Business results have exceeded the targets set in Shareholders' Meeting.
