EMPLOYEE DELEGATES CONFERENCE 2026: UNITED TO OVERCOME CHALLENGES - CREATING A NEW DEVELOPMENT JOURNEY
Throughout the development journey of an enterprise, employees are always at the center of every strategy and are also the driving force creating sustainable internal strength. With a spirit of democracy and solidarity, Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company successfully organized the 2026 Employee Delegates Conference. This is an important event to review activities in 2025, unify objectives and tasks for the new year, and continue affirming the role of connection between the enterprise and employees.

The Conference took place in a solemn atmosphere with the presence of the Company’s Executive Board, managerial officials, leaders of affiliated units, together with 70 outstanding delegates representing all officials and employees from departments and factories across the Company’s entire system.
Representing the leadership of Viglacera Corporation were: Mr. Nguyen Quy Tuan – Chairman of the Trade Union of Viglacera Corporation – JSC; Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huy – Vice Chairman of the Trade Union of Viglacera Corporation – JSC.
Representing Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company were: Mr. Doan Hai Mau – Chairman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Le Tien Dung – Director of the Company.
At the preparatory session, the Conference elected the Presidium including: Mr. Le Tien Dung – Director of the Company; Mr. Phan Van Huyen – Chairman of the Company’s Trade Union; Mr. Nguyen Chi Hoa – Deputy Director of the Company. The Conference Secretary was Ms. Ta Thi Hong Phuong – Member of the Executive Committee of the Company’s Trade Union.
Delivering the opening speech, Mr. Le Tien Dung – Director of the Company, on behalf of the Presidium, emphasized: “The Employee Delegates Conference is not only a forum to look back on the journey we have gone through, but also a place where employees directly contribute their voices, propose solutions and work together with the leadership to build sustainable development orientations for the enterprise.”

On behalf of the Company’s leadership, Mr. Nguyen Chi Hoa presented the report summarizing production and business activities in 2025 and implementing orientations and tasks for 2026. In the context of a market still facing many fluctuations, the Company maintained stable production operations, gradually improved operational efficiency and ensured jobs and income for employees. The achieved results continue affirming the spirit of solidarity, proactive adaptation and determination for innovation throughout the Viglacera Tien Son system.

Alongside production and business tasks, caring for employees’ lives and protecting their lawful rights and interests continued to be emphasized by the Company’s Trade Union. The report by Mr. Phan Van Huyen – Chairman of the Company’s Trade Union demonstrated the bridging role of the Trade Union organization in supervising the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement and building a stable, harmonious and humane working environment.

Besides production and business activities and Trade Union work, the role of supervising the implementation of policies, internal regulations and rules also continued to be emphasized by Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company to ensure openness, transparency and the legitimate rights of employees. The report on activities of the People’s Inspection Board in 2025 presented by Mr. Do Uyen Minh clearly reflected the spirit of responsibility and objectivity in inspection and supervision work, while contributing to strengthening consensus and stability throughout the Company system.

At the Conference, many dedicated presentations from member units provided practical perspectives and practical proposals to improve operational efficiency throughout the Company. From stories of improving skills and technical innovation at factories, to issues of welfare care, building corporate culture and promoting business efficiency, all reflected the spirit of responsibility, solidarity and development aspirations of more than 1,940 trade union members throughout the system.
Specifically: Mr. Nguyen Viet Hong – Chairman of the Trade Union of Viglacera Thang Long Factory presented a paper on the topic “Improving production efficiency, techniques and skills”. Mr. Ho Viet Manh – Chairman of the Trade Union of Viglacera My Duc Factory presented a paper on “Caring for lives, rights, welfare and collective labor agreements”. Mr. Nguyen Minh Khang – Chairman of the Trade Union of Viglacera Thai Binh Factory presented a paper on “Promoting democracy and implementing corporate culture”. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung – representative of the business division, presented a paper on the topic “Solidarity, coordination and promotion of sales activities”.
In particular, straightforward and open discussions at the Conference were directly listened to and addressed by the Company’s leadership. Mr. Le Tien Dung – Director of the Company affirmed: “In every development orientation, the human factor is always identified as the center. Stability in employees’ lives, income and working environment is the foundation for Viglacera Tien Son’s sustainable development.”
Sharing at the Conference, Mr. Doan Hai Mau – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company also provided additional information on several contents related to salary and bonus regulations after the merger, while emphasizing: “Operating under the new model after the merger is an important transition aimed at improving governance capacity, optimizing the system and increasing competitiveness for Viglacera Tien Son.” Mr. Doan Hai Mau affirmed: “The leadership will continue paying attention to policies, benefits and the working environment so employees can confidently remain attached to and accompany the enterprise in the new development phase.”

The Conference was honored to welcome Mr. Nguyen Quy Tuan – Chairman of the Trade Union of the Corporation to attend and deliver directives. Mr. Nguyen Quy Tuan highly appreciated the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and achievements of Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company in production and business activities as well as employee care, while expressing hope that the Company collective would continue promoting traditions and proactively innovate to adapt to development requirements in the new phase.

One of the important contents of the Conference was the signing ceremony of the coordination commitment between the Company and the Executive Committee of the Company’s Trade Union for 2026, together with the Collective Labor Agreement between the two parties. This is not only a consensus on coordination responsibilities in production and business activities, but also demonstrates a commitment to companionship and building a harmonious, stable and progressive working environment for the common interests of the enterprise and employees.


Concluding the program, the Conference approved the Resolution of the 2026 Employee Delegates Conference with absolute consensus of 100% from attending delegates. Such consensus is clear evidence of the spirit of solidarity, trust and determination of the collective officials and employees of Viglacera Tien Son Joint Stock Company on the journey to conquer new objectives, continuing to affirm the position and brand value of Viglacera in the market.
