Phu Ha Industrial Park – A new attractive destination for Japanese enterprises
On July 6th, 2016, Viglacera Real Estate Company and Sakai Amiori Co Ltd. (Japan) jointly concluded a land leasing contract in Phu Ha Industrial Park, Phu Tho province. This is the 2nd Japanese enterprise to invest in Phu Ha Industrial Park.

According to Mr. Masanori Sakai – President of Sakai Amiori Co Ltd: “I’ve come and researched a lot of the industrial parks in the North of Vietnam and found that Phu Ha Industrial Park – Phu Tho has a very convenient location: it is located next to the highway with cheap renting fee, abundant labor resource and low labor cost. I believe there will be more Japanese investors to invest in Phu Ha Industrial Park “.

Viglacera – Phu Ha Industrial Park covers a scale of 350ha in Phu Tho Province, next to Hanoi – Lao Cai highway and interchange (IC) No. 9, it is located on the axis of economic corridor of Hai phong- Hanoi – Lao Cai – Kunming (China), with abundant labor force, low labor cost and cheap renting fee.
Currently, Viglacera – Phu Ha Industrial Park has been invested to build a synchronous infrastructure covering 50 hectares of land to be ready for plant construction.
