In the morning of 2 February 2020, Viglacera Corporation - JSC held a briefing to evaluate results of the production and business plan commenced in February 2020, and to launch business and production plan in March 2020. Real Estate sector of the Corporation surpassed the February plan and the accumulated profit in the first 2 months increased by 10% compared to the previous period. Industrial infrastructure leasing business is still a highly effective field of Real Estate Department in the first 2 months.

In the jubilant atmosphere to welcome the New Year (Spring Canh Ty), the 90th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam’s foundation. Delegates at all levels from Bac Ninh provincial Congress headed towards the 13th National Congress. On 30 January 2020 (the 6th lunar day of Spring Canh Ty). Viglacera Corporation solemnly held ceremonies for the groundbreaking of the infrastructure construction and business of Yen Phong IIC Industrial Park, Yen Phong District, Bac Ninh Province and the inauguration of social housing in Yen Phong Industrial Park.

In 2019, under intensive and flexible management of the Board of Management of the Corporation, consensus of all officers and employees, Viglacera has accomplished main targets as planned, continuing to claim the position of the leading enterprise in the field of construction.

On 04 November 2019, Viglacera Corporation held a briefing to evaluate production and business results in October and implement objectives for the last 2 months of 2019. According to recorded results, Viglacera was closely following and completing the targets ratified at the General Meeting of Shareholders.

On 31 October 2019, Viglacera inaugurated VIGLACERA PRO Showroom at Golden Palm Building, No. 21 Le Van Luong Street, Hanoi. This is a sanitary-ware showroom from Viglacera, giving customers the latest experience with useful solutions for modernized and luxurious bathrooms, the displayed products are of the newest features and technologies.

On 26 September 2019, the People's Committee of Thua Thien - Hue Province awarded an investment registration certificate to Kanglongda Co., Ltd to prepare to build the first manufacturing factory.

On 04 August 2019, Viglacera Corporation held a briefing to evaluate production and business results in August, the first 08 months of the year and execute objectives for production and business plans of September 2019. According to recorded results, Viglacera followed closely and achieved the targets ratified by General Meeting of Shareholders.

Qisda Corporation - The leading electronics enterprise and its supporting companies from Taiwan decided to sign a land lease contract in Dong Van Industrial Park (IP) in August 2019. This cooperation shows a huge attraction of Vietnam in general and Viglacera's IPs in particular towards Taiwanese investors.

As the rate in profit in the first 6 months of 2019 reached 102% of the plan, increased by 15% over the same period in 2018, through decisive, effective and creative directions, the year 2019 promisingly continues to be a successful year of Viglacera Corporation - JSC in the key field of manufacturing and trading construction materials and real estate in Vietnam.

The Annual Shareholders meeting of Viglacera Corporation – JSC (trading code: VGC, HOSE stock exchange) which was organized on 26th June 2019 at Hanoi National Convention Center already passed lots of significant contents which help to set a positive start for the new term 2019 – 2024 with huge turning points. The new Board of Management and Supervisory Board were elected in the meeting and officially are introduced publicly today.
