Đại hội đại biểu Công đoàn Công ty Thi công cơ giới Viglacera

Thực hiện Điều lệ Công đoàn Việt Nam và Kế hoạch Đại hội CĐCS tiến tới Đại hội Công đoàn Tổng công ty Viglacera - CTCP, ngày 07 tháng 10 năm 2016, tại Khu đô thị Đặng Xá, Gia Lâm, Hà Nội Công đoàn Công ty Thi công cơ giới Viglacera đã tổ chức thành công Đại hội lần thứ IV, nhiệm kỳ 2016-2021.

Đại hội đã nghe báo cáo, đánh giá những kết quả đã đạt được và những tồn tại trong hoạt động Công đoàn tại nhiệm kỳ III; Nghị quyết các mục tiêu, phương hướng hoạt động Công đoàn trong nhiệm kỳ IV với nội dung chủ yếu: Công đoàn phối hợp với chuyên môn tạo đủ việc làm và thu nhập ổn định cho người lao động; bám sát kế hoạch SXKD hàng tháng, hàng quý của đơn vị để phát động và tổ chức nhiều phong trào thi đua trong CNLĐ. Tiếp thu những ý kiến chỉ đạo của lãnh đạo cấp trên, Đại hội kêu gọi toàn thể cán bộ, đoàn viên và công nhân lao động trong toàn Công ty  với ý chí quyết tâm, với tinh thần năng động, sáng tạo sẽ phát huy những kết quả đã đạt được quyết tâm, hăng hái thi đua trong lao động sản xuất góp phần hoàn thành kế hoạch SXKD của Công ty năm 2016 và những năm tiếp theo.

Đại hội đã bầu ra được Ban Chấp hành gồm 05 đồng chí, Đoàn Chủ tịch đã chỉ định đồng chí Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Thủy, Ủy viên BCH là triệu tập viên để triệu tập phiên họp thứ nhất BCH để bầu ra Chủ tịch, Phó Chủ tịch và UBKT Công đoàn Công ty.

Sau hơn 3 giờ làm việc nghiêm túc đầy trách nhiệm, Đại hội Công đoàn Công ty Thi công cơ giới đã thành công tốt đẹp.
