As the real estate market began to recover, 2015 became the recovery step for many real estate and building material enterprises. In particular, during a fluctuated period of the economy, 2015 became the perfect opportunity for Viglacera to develop and strengthen its position with many milestones. In addition, the chance for Viglacera’s breakthroughs was even higher after it was transformed to a joint stock company.

On 17/12/2015, during a business trip in the Republic of Cuba, General Director of Viglacera Corporation - JSC Nguyen Anh Tuan had a working session with the Minister of Trade and Foreign Investment of Cuba – Mr. Rodrigo Malmierca Diaz and Minister of Construction of Cuba – Mr. Rene Mesa Villafana at Capital Havana - Cuba.

Recently, Viglacera Corporation just held a briefing meeting to evaluate its business performance of November and to implement business tasks of December. Accordingly, the indicators sharly increased compared to these of the same period in 2014. Viglacera is sticking to its business plan that was approved at the General meeting of shareholders and will certainly fulfill its commitments.

In the morning of 27/11/2015, Viglacera Trading Tiles JSC, Viglacera Trading JSC in collaboration with Linh Quan Trade and Service Company Ltd officially launched Viglacera Linh Quan showroom at LK 25 - 26 TT9, Van Phu urban zone, Ha Dong District, Hanoi.

SCG is the number 1 Thai’s group in building materials, and also a manufacturer of ceramic tiles with largest scale and capacity over the world. With a strategy to expand its market in the region, SCG is looking for opportunities to cooperate with Viglacera Corporation. On 12.11.2015, SCG and Viglacera had the first working session at Viglacera Corporation - JSC to learn more about potentials and collaboration opportunities of both parties.

Morning of 5/11/2015, Viglacera Corporation started the construction of worker housing project in Yen Phong Urban Area - Bac Ninh.

In the afternoon of 26/10/2015, the delegation of Institute of Estate Agents, Singapore led by Chairman Jeff Foo, Vice Chairman Harry Yeo, along with Mr. Nguyen Tran Nam. Chairman of Vietnam Real Estate Association (VNREA), visited and worked in Dang Xa Urban Area - Gia Lam - Hanoi. Singapore Institute of Estate Agents paid special attention to social housing, housing for low-income people in the urban area. This project is developed by Viglacera Corporation - JSC.

Toward the 15th Party Congress in Hue, tenure 2015-2020, Viglacera Corporation - JSC held a groundbreaking ceremony for Phong Dien Industrial Zone - Viglacera in Phong Dien district, Thua Thien Hue province. With this project, Viglacera becomes the first enterprise to invest an industrial zone in the region of Hue ancient capital, a historical, cultural center of the country.

On 24/9, Viglacera Corporation - JSC held a launching ceremony of VISAHO Joint Stock Company in Thang Long Number One building at Number 1 Thang Long Highway, Ha Noi. The company was founded by four leading shareholders in real estate investment sector, managed and operated in Japan and Vietnam. The establishment of the company marked the synchronous development of Viglacera from investment to operation in the real estate segment.

With many breakthroughs during development, Viglacera Thang Long has become a popular brand to domestic and international consumers. In the morning of September 19th 2015, in the factory site in Phuc Yen, Vinh Phuc, Viglacera Thang Long JSC has officially held the 15th anniversary celebration (22/09/2000 - 22/09/2015).

To promote the results achieved in the first half-year period, Viglacera Corporation continued successful implementation and beyond the main business indicators proposed in August 2015. In particular, the indicators are stronger growth compared with the same period in year 2014.
