On August 12th, Viglacera officially established Viglacera Glass Installation Limited Company- specialized in providing glass processing products and installation services of energy-saving glass, rolled glass, aluminium frame in construction. With the establishment of this company, Viglacera "family" has more than 40 affiliates operating in two main highly specialized sectors: Building Materials and Real Estates.

Most of families curently have moved in to the Dang Xa social housing for lease at Dang Xa Urban Area - Gia Lam - Hanoi. This project is the first social housing for lease in Hanoi that was actively invested by enterprise. The project built on plots of NO3 and NO4 at Dang Xa Urban Area 2 of Viglacera Corporation, with total area of 10,000 m2, including two 6-floors buildings, 270 apartments of 45, 47, 60 and 69, 5m2 and leasing prises from over 1 million to 2 million VND per month.

Viglacera currently is the largest investor in Hanoi with nearly 5000 units of social housing that solves the needs of housing for tens of thousands of people. Viglacera is also a prestigious real-estate investor in implementing the Social housing projects, housing for low-income people. Viglacera always ensure and commit to customers about the quality of construction, infrastructure services, environment and schedule delivery of these project.

The first 6 months of 2015, business results achieved higher than planned target, Viglacera has demonstrated the effectiveness of joint-stock enterprises. These are the statements of Viglacera’s board leaders in the conference of evaluating the results of business activities in the first 6 months and implementing business plan last 6 months of 2015, took place on June 30, 2015, at Viglacera Corporation’s headquarters, No. 1, Thang Long Avenue, Ha Noi.

Always a leading company, positively in research and applying the world class of modern science and high technology in production of building materials, VIGLACERA is again making a breakthroughs in technology, while actively investing in project of "Low – E glass production lines"- This project was approved as "high technology" project by the Prime Minister on January 13, 2015.

Recently, ERP Steering Committee of Viglacera Corporation - JSC held a meeting to set plans for ERP implementation (period 2015 – 20160) based on the "Survey and assessment report of capability to deploy ERP" in 6 units as mentioned in the first meeting session.

Playing a leading role and proactive investment in applying scientific and advanced technologies in the field of production of building materials (building materials), "King of materials" from the North - Viglacera newly commissioned clinker tiles production lines at Viglacera’s clinker tiles Joint Stock Company, especially right on the anniversary day of Vietnam Science and Technology and the 125th anniversary of the birth of President Ho Chi Minh. Viglacera’s clinker tiles production line is the most advance in Vietnam with imported technology and key equipment from famous manufacturers of Europe.

In the afternoon of 14/04/2015, Mr. Orlando Hernandez Guillen - Cuban Chamber of Commerce President and Mr. Hermino Lopez Diaz - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba in Vietnam visited and worked at Viglacera Corporation - JSC on joint venture establishment procedures for ceramic tile, sanitary ware production in Cuba.

The Viglacera’s profit gains 15% higher than planned, the cumulative profit of first 4 months reached 27% of yearly plan that increase 2.5 times comparing first 4 months of year 2014; monthly revenues reached 1.188 billion, higher than 1% to the plan, the cumulative revenue of first 4 months reached 31% of yearly plan and raise 59% over the same period in 2014.

Viglacera Corporation’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) took place at National Conference Center – No.1, Thang Long Avenue, Hanoi on April 4, 2015. The result of business and production activities in the first fiscal year of Joint Stock Company from July 22, 2014 to December 31, 2014 exceeded the defined target of Annual General Shareholder Meeting. In order to enforce the sustainable development strategy, Viglacera Corporation strongly invests in high-tech projects, and "green" project -environmentally friendly.

In the morning of 08.04.2015, the Viglacera Department of Tiles – Sanitary Wares held a Conference to evaluate the business results in the 1st quarter of 2015, to implement the 2nd quarter of 2015 plan at Viglacera headquarter. The conference was attended by the Corporation Board of Directors and key personnel of subsidiaries.
