After official restructuring to joint stock company model, in the morning of 07/03/2014, Viglacera Corporation held a Conference to evaluate its business performance in the first 6 months and implement tasks in the business plan during the last 6 months of 2014. Business targets for the last 6 months were set much higher than the results of the first 6 months and agreed by all subsidiaries, which showed high commitment to the successful implementation of assigned tasks.

On July 2nd, in Hanoi, VIGLACERA Corporation organized the First Annual General Meeting and officially restructure from a State-own Enterprise to a Joint Stock Company. Mr. Luyen Cong Minh, Nguyen Anh Tuan, Tran Ngoc Anh, Nguyen Quy Tuan, Luu Van Lau were elected members of Board of Directors. Mr. Luyen Cong Minh will be Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan will be General Director of Viglacera Corporation.

On May 31st, 2014, at Nikko Saigon Hotel, BCI Asia organized a BCI Asia Top 10 Awards ceremony for top architectural firms and developers in Vietnam. Viglacera Land was honored one of the top 10, most dynamic developers. This is the 3rd consecutive year that Viglacera receives this prestigious award.

From 18th to 22nd, June, 2014, VietBuild Exhibition was taken place at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center SECC, HCMC. Here, the booth of Viglacera products created a difference with lots of new and high quality products, especially the new shower faucet set celebrating 40 years of the corporation establishment with Nano-glazed sanitary ware and water saving shower & faucet.

In the morning of 16/5, Viglacera Corporation officially inaugurated low-income housing in Phase II, also launched the ground-breaking for social housing in Phase III and schools in Dang Xa Urban Area II - Gia Lam, Ha Noi.

Morning 26/3, At Giang Vo Expo Centre, Viglacera was honored to receive the Vietbuild Gold Award. Viglacera booth taking much impression from visitors, particularly Deputy Minister of Construction Ministry Nguyen Tran Nam, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Do Thang Hai have visited and interested in new and luxury product lines of corporation.
